Jennifer Willis, M.S., M.B.A.
Jennifer Willis was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Meridian, Mississippi, where she developed a strong foundation in community values and service. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts from Grambling State University, followed by both a Master of Arts and a Master of Science from Texas Woman’s University, further strengthening her academic and professional expertise.
With a diverse and extensive background, Jennifer has built a career spanning the legal profession, social services, and education. She is a certified educator in both Special and General Education, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her work with individuals of varying needs and abilities. Her experience across these fields has equipped her with the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to effectively advocate for and support underserved populations.
Jennifer currently serves as the Administrator of The Willis Group – Moving Forward, LLC, where she oversees the organization’s daily operations, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and leads efforts to provide quality services to individuals with mental health disorders and special needs. Under her leadership, the organization continues to grow and maintain a strong commitment to person-centered care and community impact.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jennifer is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., reflecting her ongoing dedication to public service and community engagement. She was also appointed to the Board of Adjustment for the City of Rockwall, Texas, in 2005, where she contributed to local governance and community development initiatives.
Above all, Jennifer considers her greatest achievements to be her sons, Johnathan and Justin, who continue to inspire her dedication to excellence, service, and leadership.
Johnathan Willis, M.P.A.
Johnathan Willis was born in Meridian, Mississippi, and raised in Rockwall, Texas, where he developed a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and community involvement. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Grambling State University, followed by a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma–Norman. His educational background has provided him with a solid foundation in public service, organizational leadership, and program management.
Johnathan currently serves as the Program Manager for The Willis Group – Moving Forward, where he plays a key role in overseeing client services and managing billing operations. In this role, he ensures that services are delivered efficiently, documentation is maintained accurately, and organizational standards are consistently met. He is deeply committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, and he brings a wealth of practical knowledge and hands-on experience to his work. His ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex service needs has made him a valuable resource for both clients and colleagues.
In addition to his role in social services, Johnathan is also a licensed claims adjuster in the State of Texas, further demonstrating his professional versatility and attention to detail in regulatory and compliance-related work.
Through his professional experience, Johnathan has developed a strong understanding of service coordination, compliance, and person-centered care. He is dedicated to improving outcomes for the individuals served by the organization and continuously works to enhance the quality and effectiveness of programs.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Johnathan enjoys a variety of personal interests. In his free time, he likes watching anime, maintaining an active fitness routine, and spending time with his pet, Jake. These interests help him maintain balance and bring energy and focus to his work.
