Established in 2009 in Rockwall, Texas, The Willis Group – Moving Forward was founded as a social service agency with a clear and focused mission: to serve teenage parents, individuals with disabilities, and the elderly. From its inception, the organization has been driven by a passion for advocacy, service, and community impact.
