Jennifer Willis, M.S., M.B.A.

Executive Director/ Administrator

Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Meridian Mississippi, Jennifer is a proud graduate of Grambling State University where she received her Bachelors of Art. She is also a graduate

of Texas Woman’s University where she earned and received dual degrees.  She holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Master of Science in Family Studies.


Jennifer has earned a wealth of experience in the Legal Profession as well as in Social Services and Education. She is a certified Educator with licensure in General and Special Education. Jennifer is also the Administrator and Owner of The Willis Group- Moving Forward, LLC, a social service agency that provides services to individuals diagnosed with mental health disorders and special needs. Jennifer is passionate about serving her community and has served on the Board of Adjustment of the City of Rockwall Texas from 2005 to 2015.


Jennifer’s proudest two accomplishments are her sons: Johnathan, who is a graduate of Grambling State University and recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma and Justin, a Veteran of the U.S Army and a graduate of Louisiana Technical University. 

Jennifer's Special Interest are:


Reading and researching current updates on mental health and special needs.


On free time, Jennifer enjoys travelling, socializing and binge watching tv ;0)

Nayely Rosas

Executive Administrative Assistant


Ms. Nayely Rosas is a Dallas native; she is an AP scholar graduate of Skyline High School.  During her matriculation at Skyline, Ms. Rosas participated in several activities including being an after-school tutor where she developed a love for Education and working with others.  


Following High School, Ms. Rosas enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu to pursue her passion in Patisserie and Baking. Ms. Rosas completed her studies at Le Cordon Bleu in 2012 and begin her career in servicing the soul of the Community through her passion for teaching and fostering the learning of others in fine and diverse cuisines.  Ms. Rosas’ experience has enabled passion in her towards others yet teaching her how to be “sweet” to and for others!  Ms. Rosas’ primary philosophy and professional outlook are to teach others and remain caring as well as contribute to the happiness of others!


Ms. Rosas’ biggest accomplishment is her daughter, Anais, who is a lively, well-rounded toddler with a big singing voice! 


Ms. Rosas is also a self-proclaimed animal activist and environmentalist. 


On her free time, she enjoys movies, family time as well as reading research-based information such as medical research and new recipes.
